Well, I don’t think I studied nearly enough for my E&M final today. About as much as the other two earlier in the week, which were also not enough. I was under the impression for this one that we were going to get any of the big crazy formulae that we’d need. Not so much. More likely I just didn’t really know what I was doing. Oh well. It was a fun class anyway, with our prof saying things like “Is there one equation there or two? I see two… maybe I’ve been drinking,” and writting very deep comments on the board:

Yes, that was worth my spending six minutes making an image. I hope PDE will be able to entertain me with such things… although I think I stopped bothering to write them down once I was thoroughly soured on the course.

On a completely unrelated note, I just want to say that I love this. Especially how there doesn’t seem to be any connection at all between Hurricane Katrina and the Kyoto Protocol expect in the minds of the White House. Touchy, are we?
