So I kept track of how much of each food group I ate over the course of a week because I’m weird like that. I thought I ate lots of fruits and veggies, but it turns out I’m severely lacking. And I thought that I always had way too much dairy and grain, but I’m in exactly the right range for both of those. Luckily I didn’t keep track of all the extra crap I ate.
