I was just looking through an old journal of mine, seeing if there was any of it that I could merge with what I already have here, as it dates back a few more years. Not very likely.

I just got back from our school trip to New York City. There were twenty-four students and four teachers headed down for five days in the city for a UN Student Conference. The actual conference was very boring, but luckily it didn’t last very long. We had two full evenings the first two nights and two more full days after that. We also ended up getting three days and two nights at the Toronto airport on the way home. There was a storm that caused havoc throughout the eastern airports. Through all this, it was interesting to see that some people really got on each other’s nerves. By the end of it, I had gotten to know a lot of the people that went fairly well that I hadn’t known at all before.

There are a few rare decent passages, but in general I was quite a whiny bastard back then. I figure you can see that enough in the older entries that are here already.
