I like how the local food market is watching out for my well being. They advertise little icons on all of their store brand foods, which show at a glance that more detailed information is available on the back — there’s one for the number of pieces, if it’s vegetarian, the spiciness, etc.

Lifestyle ChoiceBut my favourite, by far, is the one that indicates a Lifestyle Choice. I can just imagine the description of that one…

“Some foods are generally only eaten by people who have made a certain choice about their lifestyle. We’re not talking about the obvious stuff, like baby food is only for babies and creamed corn for the elderly. Watch out for this symbol lest you be seen walking about with foods known to be prefered by those of the, shall we say, homosexual persuasion.”

Good thing they let me know. I was this close to buying that Lean Cuisine.
